Background

The City of Sydney is preparing for the transition of the Leisure (Active Wellbeing) Services contract.

Role and Key outcomes by DB Consulting

Embedded within the Leisure Services team to:

  • Lead and coordinate the transition of the City of Sydney Leisure (Active Wellbeing) Services contract.

  • Ensure all City-side processes, approvals, systems and governance are fully prepared and aligned to enable the City to meet its obligations.

  • Ensure the City is procedurally ready to manage the contract from day one under both incumbent and potential new contractor scenarios.

  • Coordinate internal readiness activities, monitor progress, escalate risks and ensure all City-side transition tasks are completed.Ensure smooth operational readiness for the City and minimise risk when the contractor assumes full responsibility.
