A contemporary, Council-owned building was identified as critical to achieving strategic objectives.

Project Objectives:

1. Eliminate rental costs and enable Council to make a strategic, long-term investment benefiting the community and enhancing Council services.

2. Provide a modern working environment through a flexible and activity-based office design.
